If you’re using an iPhone with a Home button, you can quickly shift your keyboard from left to right by double-tapping the Space bar. This is handy if you need to type in a language that reads from right to left, like Arabic or Hebrew.

If you have an iPhone X or later, which doesn’t have a Home button, you can still switch your keyboard’s layout by tapping and holding on the Globe key. A menu will pop up with different keyboard options. Tap the one you want to use.

Once you’ve selected a keyboard, you can tap on the keys to type as usual. If you need to switch back to the other keyboard layout, just tap and hold on the Globe key again and select the other keyboard.

To move the keyboard:

3. Tapping Keyboards on the left side of the Dock reveals all your available keyboards.

4. To add a new keyboard, tap Add New Keyboard.

5. Choose from over 80 different languages or create a custom keyboard with your own photos and emoji.
