Show Me the Money is a South Korean reality show that airs on cable channel Mnet. The show has a similar format to American Idol, where aspiring rappers compete against each other in order to secure a spot in a final lineup.
PRODUCTION
The first season of Show Me the Money aired in 2012, and featured artists such as Tiger JK, Dynamic Duo, and Epik High as judges. The show was a huge success, and helped to launch the careers of several successful rappers, including BewhY and Basick. The second season aired in 2013, and featured different judges, includingVerbal Jint and San E. The third season aired in 2014, and featured Simon D and Gray as judges.
The fourth season aired in 2015, and featured Lil Wayne as a guest judge. The fifth season aired in 2016, and featured Dynamic Duo, Loco, and Gray as judges.
